Chromebook Assistance

  • Request Additional Chromebook's for 1:1 compliance for Grades 3rd-12th. 

    • For Elementary Teachers to use so they can request an additional Chromebook when an additional student joins their classroom. 

      • Note about headphones: The headphones can be replaced through warranty if they are defective. Broken ones tech will replace.

    • For LCMS & TJMS Media Specialist to use when they need extra Chromebook's on-hand.

    • For HS Media Specialist or Tech Center to use when they need extra Chromebook's on-hand.

Technology Work Order Requests

  • Staff having issues with technology may send a request to the building media specialist for assistance by selecting your building link below and filling out the form. Before submitting a request please ensure all cables are plugged in correctly, the surge protector is turned on, and then restart the computer.

    Your request will be reviewed by your building media specialist. If the issue cannot be resolved by the media specialist and additional assistance is required, it will then be sent to the technology department.

    Not all buildings use these forms. If your building is not listed below please follow building procedures to turn in a Technology Work Order.
