ANNUAL OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR 2026-2027 PLAN YEAR
FRIDAY, APRIL 24th - - MONDAY, MAY 4th
Open Enrollment is that one-time-a-year event when you may make changes to your health insurance benefits for the upcoming plan year. This is the only opportunity to enroll or make changes outside of a qualifying life event.
This year is Easy Enrollment option! Your current elections will automatically carry over to the upcoming year if you do not make any changes. You only need to take action if you wish to change your elections or to re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Accounts.

Form 1095-C's provide information about offers of coverage made to benefit eligible employees. The 2025 Form 1095-C's are prepared and available to print or download from your employee file within bswift under My Profile, Edit my profile, Employee File then Form 1095C.
