    CROSS COUNTRY ANNOUNCEMENTS:

    • Cross Country will begin practicing on Monday, August 13 from 3-4:45
    • Wear appropriate clothes/equipment for running
    • Bring a water bottle
    • Start getting some running in beforehand (2-4 miles, easy-paced)
    • Hydrate (~an ounce of water per pound of body weight) EX: If you weigh 128 pounds, drink ~ a gallon of water over the course of the day
