My name is Malissa Pistel, and this is my 24th year in public education. I have taught in both lower and upper elementary classrooms and am eMINTS certified. I am married, and have a son, Jeremy, who will be turning eight in October. I currently reside in my hometown of Fulton, where I attended college at Westminster and graduate school at William Woods University.I am excited about the 2018 - 2019 as I am the instructional coach at Callaway Hills. I look forward to working with all teachers and students throughout the school day and year. This will be an amazing year of learning and growth for all of us, teachers and students alike!I truly believe in the power of teamwork. Parents, teachers, students, and administration can cooperatively create the most positive learning experience possible. Working together towards the common goal of student success is a necessity. Together, we can help students become life-long learners and productive, happy citizens.
