Wellness Reward Program FAQs
1. How do I get started in the Wellness Reward Program?
- First contact your Building Champion
- Once you have contacted your Building Champion, they will create a Google sheet for you
- The sheet is for you to track/log your wellness activities
2. How do I save and use my Google sheet?
- You will receive an email that has a link to your Google sheet
- To save, you may do any or all of the following:
- Move the form to "My Drive"
- Save to your desktop
- Save it as a bookmark
- Save the original email
- The sheet will also be found in the "shared with me" in Google drive
3. How many points do I need to earn $200?
- 300 points
4. How long do I have to earn 300 points?
- Between August 1 - April 15
5. When do I receive the $200 reward?
- May
6. How do I receive the $200?
- If you are on a PPO plan it will be an addition to your paycheck
- If you are on a HSA plan you may fill out a form to have the $200 placed directly into you HSA
7. Logging/Tracking Points
- You may back log any activity that you participated in
- How do I know how many points I have? Check your sheet
- What if I log incorrectly? Contact your Building Champion or Wesley Lochhead, Wellness Coordinator
