West Elementary

Hi!  I was born and raised in Jefferson City.  That's right, I graduated as a Jaybird!  The saying, "Once a Jaybird, always a Jaybird," is very true!  I received my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Missouri State University, and a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from William Woods University.  

I started out my career in 2nd grade in the South Callaway School District.  I joined the West Wildcat Team in 2017 as a 2nd grade teacher.  In 2021, I became the Instructional Coach.  I partner with teachers in planning and teaching to help our students achieve their goals!

I was recently married.  You might remember me as Ms. Jackson!  I have one daughter, Harper.  She likes to dance and sing!  We have two dogs, Teo and Dolly.  They are the best dogs!  As a family, we like to take Dolly and Teo for walks around the neighborhood.  We also like to ride our bikes when the weather is nice.  I enjoy reading, watching movies, learning, and shopping.
