Hello! 

• I am thrilled to be a part of the JCPS family for a ninth year!  During my teaching career, I spent 13 years teaching middle school and high school Language Arts and coaching track and basketball at Fatima High School in Westphalia, MO, before coming here to the JCPS team.

• Here at JCPS, I am part of the wonderful team of teachers in the JCAC Day Program.  During our school day, I will be teaching English III and SOAR class. 

• I have an undergraduate degree in English Education from UCM, a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lincoln University, and a Reading Specialist Certificate from Southeast Missouri State University.

• Helping my students improve their reading and writing skills is my passion; however, in my free time I enjoy playing sports of any kind, especially basketball, volleyball, and running; reading, watching movies, being outdoors, and spending time with my family, especially my niece and nephew.
