Hello Students and Families

I hope you all have had a great summer! I have had a lot of fun and have been VERY busy. Each summer I run a summer camp, Camp Spark, for children ages 5-12. We do a lot, every week we swim, watch movies, make crafts, play games, and go on field trips. Running a camp keeps me going all summer, but I also have two children that keep me busy. My son Jax is 4 and my daughter Addelynn is 18 months. They love going to the pool and the park. We love to take our dogs for walks, we have three BIG dogs, Zuri, Sassy, and Fynnie. I also have a horse named Tara, who we visit on the weekends sometimes. We are excited that we just got a new house and will be moving soon after school starts. 

This is my first year teaching with Jeff City schools and I am so happy to be at Belair!

After highschool I worked at a daycare and went to college at Lincoln University, then I ran the pre-school program for Concord Christian school, a few years later I worked for JC high school as a Para-professional, and last year many of you may have seen me at school when I was substitute teaching. I always enjoyed the days I got to come sub at Belair and now I get to be part of this great team full time.  I am looking forward to the school year and getting to know each of you!
