Welcome to JCAC Middle!!

I am so excited to be starting my first full year with JCAC-Middle for the 2019-2020 school year!! I was able to spend the last part of the 2018-2019 school year in this program and can't wait to see what this next school year will bring. This year I will be acting as additional support staff as the JCAC-MIddle program Special Education teacher.

Prior to joining the JCAC staff, I have two years experience teaching Social Studies/ISS/Credit Recovery at Cole County R-1 Schools in Russellville, Mo. While at Cole CountyR-1, I also served as the Assistant Varsity/JV Softball Coach and High School/Junior High Head Volleyball Coach. 

I currently hold a Bachelor's degree of Art in History and a Missouri Teaching certificate from Columbia College. Teaching is a second career for me and I also hold an Associate of Science Degree in Medical Technology from my first career as a Respiratory Therapist. This was a great career but did not fulfill my call and desire to work with students!!
