Welcome to my class!

About Me:

Hello! My name is Joni Lehman, and I am from Jefferson City, MO. I am SO EXCITED about beginning my third year of teaching at Belair, as this is the school I attended when I was in elementary! In May 2022, I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Central Methodist University, and I am very eager to continue putting my degree to work. Before working at Belair, I was the YMCA Summer Camp Director for first grade. Throughout my journey at the Y, I realized my love for working with young children and I knew I wanted to make a positive impact on their lives. Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, watching movies, and singing. I am very excited about beginning this journey with all of you.
