Belair Elementary

Hello Belair families! I’m excited to kick off my tenth year at Belair, marking my 19th year of teaching overall. Throughout my journey, I've loved teaching both 4th grade for eight years and 3rd grade for eleven years. I earned my master's degree from William Woods University and my bachelor's degree from Missouri Western State University. On the home front, I’m happily married to my husband, Kyran Burks, and we have two wonderful children. Our son Caden is thirteen and a sports enthusiast who will be starting eighth grade at Thomas Jefferson, while our daughter Cora is eight and will join the 3rd grade here at Belair. I eagerly anticipate all the exciting opportunities this year will bring, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for your partnership in your child's education.
