Hello! I am a life-long learner. I graduated from Lincoln University with an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education. I then went on to the University of Missouri-Columbia and received my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I completed additional coursework to gain my reading certification.

While attending the University of Missouri Columbia, I taught fourth grade at Hallsville Elementary. The following year, I began teaching at Thorpe Gordon, I was a classroom teacher for eight years. I then taught Reading Recovery/Title 1 groups for four years. I am excited to be at Moreau Heights supporting teachers and students.

My husband and I live on a farm near Linn with our three girls. We enjoy the outdoors and spending time with our family. You can also often find me reading a great book.
