  • I have been teaching in the Jefferson City Public Schools for 28 years.  I taught first grade at East Elementary School for 24 years and this will be my fifth year teaching first grade at Cedar Hill. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Masters Degree in Elementary Counseling from Lincoln University.


    I have been married to my husband, Mark, for 29 years.  We have 2 beautiful daughters. Marilee is 28 and is a Jefferson City Firefighter. Victoria is 24 and is a mechanical engineer. I also have a dog named Mya and a cat named Sophie.  I enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends, taking walks and shopping for shoes.
