• What to expect after I enroll in PAT and
    Meet your educator 

    After you enroll, one of our parent educators will contact you via email, phone call, or text. Please respond promptly, as their time is valuable — they maintain full schedules and have families of their own. Their main role is to schedule and complete visits with you, so we kindly ask that you respect their time by keeping your appointments and communicating with them in a timely manner.

    You will be assigned an educator who has space available on their caseload. Before your first visit, you can use this link to view a picture and a short biography of the educator who will be visiting you. We encourage you to show the picture to your family members and children so everyone knows who to expect when a new face arrives!
