    My name is Brian Matheny and I have to say...It's awesome to have your student in my class! 

     

    The 2024- 2025 school year marks my 9th year of teaching here in Jefferson City and my fourth year here at Pioneer Trail! This also marks my first year as a 5th grade teacher! I was born near Chicago and moved to Meta Missouri in 3rd grade ('89). I currently live in Jefferson City with my amazing family. I'm a graduate of Lincoln University and received a Masters degree in education from WGU in 2019. I hope to make this year one of the best ever!
