My mission within physical education is to create lifelong healthy and active individuals. While I realize that my students are only in elementary school, the skills and habits that they learn at a young age are the foundation as they progress through middle school, high school, and adult life.
Each month I will be sending home health and fitness tidbits, activities, and challenges for you to complete as a family. These are entirely optional, but a great way to help facilitate family time, healthy choices, and active opportunities. Exercising and being active is so much more fun if everyone is involved!
