Hello! My name is Ms. Fordyce and I have worked in the library field for nearly 15 years. I have worked in a public library, college library, and state library. I am excited to finally achieve my dream of working in a school library! My family has been in Jefferson City since 2019. I have two boys, two cats, and a dog. We love going to Jeff City parks, zoos, playing mini-golf and bowling, and visiting friends & family. 

Being raised in a military family, I have lived in five states and three countries. I like exploring new cultures, eating great food, and learning about history through books. As a librarian, my favorite things to read are historical fiction, biographies, and mysteries. I enjoy traveling, hiking, reading, yoga, cooking, and spending time with my friends and family. 

My goal is to create a welcoming library space where every student, teacher, and visitor is inspired to read, learn, and explore.
