Welcome to Kindergarten! 

 

My name is Ms. Meysami.  I am excited to be a Lawson Lion!!!  Just a little bit about me... I was born and raised in Jefferson City, MO.  I received my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education, with a minor in Psychology.  I have received my Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I also have an Early Childhood certification.  I am currently working towards a LETTERS phonics certification.  I have taught in the Jefferson City Public School District for 22 years!!  My teaching experience includes the following: I have taught first grade for 15 years, third grade for 1 year, second grade for 4 years and this is my 3rd year teaching Kindergarten! 

 

I have three children; a son and two daughters that keep me on my toes!!  My hobbies include fitness, shopping and decorating!  My favorites include Starbucks, Arris' Pizza, Dove chocolate, tootsie rolls and the K.C. Chiefs! I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, attending bible study groups, sporting events, sitting by the pool and listening to live music!  I'm looking forward to a great year!  Feel free to contact me with any questions!!  Thanks for support!
