Hello!

My name is Mrs. Goetz and I am so excited to be your teacher! I am originally from the Jefferson City area but have called many areas home. I graduated from Evangel University in 2012 with a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Spanish and have a Masters Degree with Specialist certification in Literacy education. This is my tenth year teaching and have experience working with students from pre-k to 4th grade. I have a beautiful first grader named Cecelia. We have puppies named Princess and Elsa who keep us on our toes! I have 3 brothers and two nephews and a niece that I adore! A few things I enjoy: chocolate, playing music, reading, dancing, and learning! My life’s passion is to be a positive and influential figure in the lives of children like the ones at Lawson Elementary. Seeing these young people learn and grow in life gives me more pleasure than anything else in the world. I am very excited to start this journey of learning together!
