Hello!  I'm Scotty Watson, 8th Grade Reading teacher for Team Quest, Lewis and Clark Middle School!  This is my first year as an educator with the Jefferson City School District, and I'm so excited to be on board here.

I am a 2005 graduate of Jefferson City High School (by way of Lewis and Clark), and a 2009 graduate of Westminster College, with my Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education.

This is my 4th year as a teacher overall.  I taught for 3 years at Kingdom Christian Academy in Fulton, before taking a break from the classroom that lasted for 2 years.  I then decided to get back in the classroom, this time as a substitute teacher all over central Missouri.  It was through that experience that I was able to have my love of teaching and being around students rekindled, and I knew I needed to be in a classroom.

My wife, Mary, and I just celebrated our 7th anniversary.  We have 2 children: Isabella, 5, and William, 9 months.
