My name is Anna Young and I'm a Kindergarten teacher at Lawson Elementary. I am from Russellville. It's been wonderful teaching at Lawson with such a friendly staff.  I have been teaching since 2005 and have taught K, 1st, and 2nd grades during the past 20 years. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education ages birth thru 6th grades from Lincoln University, a Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from William Woods University, and I am currently on my way to getting certified in LETTERS training. 
   I am married to a great man, Brandon. We have two wonderful sons, Beau & Brody, and 2 fabulous beagles, Gus & Daisy. Brandon owns and manages several local businesses, including Bug Tac, a pest control business, and Stars & Stripes Insurance Agency. Beau & Brody are sophomores at Russellville. I love to go on long walks, travel, read books, and watch my sons play baseball & basketball. I also am a member at Mount Olive Baptist Church where I teach the nursery class in Sunday School.
