•       Hello!  My name is Amy Rackers and I am the 8th grade reading teacher on Team Seekers at Lewis and Clark Middle School.  I grew up in the Jefferson City area and attended the University of Central Missouri.  I graduated in 1994 with a BSE in Education.  I began my career teaching 3rd graders.  I taught 3rd grade and then moved to 2nd grade.  I taught 4th and 5th grades at Belair for about 16 years.  This will be my first year in 8th grade, but my 26th year teaching.
