Capital City High School

The Capital City High School National Honor Society is excited to have students join that aspire to excel inside and outside the classroom.  The CCHS National Honor Society follows and holds its members accountable for the four pillars of scholarship, leadership, character, and service.  This society is committed to not only serving and leading within CCHS, but also our surrounding community and will strive to impact our community positively through our actions.  These outcomes will be achieved through community service and other events.  

This round of applications will be open to Juniors with a cumulative GPA of 3.6 or higher and Sophomores with a cumulative GPA or 3.75 or higher who have been enrolled for at least one semester. Students that meet this requirement will have the opportunity to apply. Once the application has been submitted, the NHS Faculty Council will then review all properly completed forms and select those candidates who exemplify scholarship, service, leadership and character.

If you are interested in applying, the application can be found on this link or in Class of 2024 or Class of 2025 Google Classroom.  Applications need to be completed and submitted by Friday March 31st, 2023.  If you are selected your attendance will be required at our NHS Induction Ceremony on May 10th, 2023.
