This is my 20th year of teaching and have taught 5th grade, kindergarten, and 3rd grade. I am a Jefferson City native and grew up attending Lawson myself! I graduated from Jefferson City High School in 2001. I went on to graduate with a degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education in 2005 from Central Missouri State University. In May of 2005 I married my husband, Brent. We now have three beautiful daughters; Macy, Cloey, and Hadley. Macy is a sophomore at Capital City High School, Cloey is in 8th grade at TJ, and Hadley is in 7th grade at TJ. Our girls keep us very busy with all their activities like softball and basketball. We also enjoy spending lots of time on our family farm and we love traveling, especially to the beach! A fun fact about me is I am a beekeeper!
