Hello!

My name is Alexis Roberson and I am so excited to be joining Capital City High School. This year will be my third year teaching but my first year teaching health. I will also be the assistant Girls Basketball and Track and Field coach at Capital City. I am coming from Malden High School where I taught K-5 PE for one year and 7-12 PE for one year. There I also coached Junior High and High School Girls Basketball and Track and Field.

I graduated from Jefferson City High School and went on to attend Southern Illinois University of Carbondale. There I earned a bachelors in Exercise Science and a minor in coaching while competing at the Division I level in Track and Field. My husband and I got married in September of 2022 and we have three children.
