    Established in 1993 Thomas Jefferson Middle School has proudly served the families of Jefferson City for 30+ years.  Designed to accommodate 1,140+ students in grades 6, 7, and 8 the adults at Thomas Jefferson Middle School strive to create the ideal learning environment for all of our students.  Each grade level is broken up into academic teams of 5 teachers who instruct students in the areas of Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Social Studies and Science.  Students can also choose from a variety of Encore classes designed to enhance their learning experience. All students participate in a Patriot Time, which is intended to strengthen the relationships of our students and staff members as well as to promote academic excellence among our students.
