Hello my name is Maggie Morris! I am excited to begin my first year as an Occupational Therapist in the Jefferson City School District!  I will be providing therapy services at Southwest Early Childhood Center.  I graduated in 2009 with a Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2009 from the University of Missouri. After graduation, I worked at Boone Hospital in a variety of settings including acute care, rehabilitation, orthopedics, NICU, and outpatient pediatrics. I also served as an occupational therapist at the Special Learning Center where I traveled to various school districts and provided OT for early childhood at Special Learning Center. I am passionate about helping children gain independence while strengthening fine motor skills for academics and life skills through play! I am happily married and we have one daughter. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends! As a family we love to travel to Kentucky to visit lifelong friends and go to Church Hill Downs for horse races!
