Enroll New Students for the 2023-2024 School Year
*** Online registration applications should be filled out by parents/legal guardians only. If you have a student living with you for whom you are not the parent/legal guardian, please contact our office at (573) 659-3043 before starting application.***Kindergarten StudentsChildren must be 5 years old before August 1, 2023 to enroll in kindergarten for the 2023-2024 school year.K-12th Grade Students**Please read ALL steps before starting the online application!Step 1: Begin the enrollment process by clicking on the link below.Once the application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from sis.campus@jcschools.us. Please check your inbox or spam folder for this email.Step 2: Once we have processed your application, you will receive an email with further instructions on completing your student's enrollment. If an appointment is required, a link to schedule will be in the email. Appointments can be conducted over the phone or in person at the Welcome Center.Step 3: In order to complete your enrollment, the following items may be faxed to 573-659-3028 or emailed to welcomecenter@jcschools.us. They may also be provided in person at the Welcome Center at 315 E. Dunklin St. (See business hours above).
- 1 proof of residency dated within the last 60 days that includes the parent/legal guardian's name and address:
- Utility bill (Electric, Water, Sewer, Trash)
- Cable/satellite bill
- Internet bill
- Land line phone bill
- Signed housing contract
- Mortgage Statement
- DFS or Social Services document
- Property Management Company Signed Lease
- Renter/House Insurance
- Section 8 Housing Contract (Approved & Signed)
**Anything not listed above will NOT be accepted. If you are unable to provide anything on the above list, please call the Welcome Center to discuss options.
DISCONNECTION NOTICES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Student's birth certificate
- Immunization record
- Parent/Guardian ID-Drivers license or Passport
- Any legal documents pertaining to the student (custody papers, guardianship documents, ex parte orders, etc)
New Student Online Registration Link (Please note, cell phones are not able to support the online registration system. Please use a computer to access the link.)
If you do not have access to the internet, you can complete your student's enrollment on a computer at the Welcome Center.
