    Choose the image icon in the toolbar above (Bottom row, on the left)
    Under Image Size, choose "Medium Size"

    This is helpful for many reasons, from parents who are wondering when is the best time to call you to fellow staff members who might want to swing by your room during your plan time. 
     
    If copying and pasting, try using the three optional pasting icons in the toolbar above, Paste, Paste from Word, and Paste Plain Text.  Using these will filter out any code and/or formatting that may not work in this system.
