JCAC
Students and parents must attend registration in person in August to receive course schedules, student IDs, etc.
- When attending registration, please notify the school staff that you have completed online registration; This will allow you to bypass appropriate lines.
- If you have not already provided updated proof of residency, you will need to provide proof of residency at registration. Click here for a list of acceptable proof of residency.
Chromebook Insurance Program
JC Schools offers a Chromebook insurance program to protect families from expensive repair costs. The Chromebook insurance program offers coverage for each instance of accidental damage, with a deductible. Without insurance, families/students are responsible for the cost of Chromebook damages up to the full replacement cost of approximately $300.
The school will be in contact with you on how and when to enroll in the Chromebook insurance program.
Address Changes
If your address changes between the end of this school year and registration in August, please attend registration in your school building.
Address changes require proof of residency to be provided. Click here for a list of acceptable proof of residency documents.

Immunizations Compliance for 12th graders
All 2025-2026 school year 12th grade students must have the meningitis immunizations prior to the first day of school this fall.
This vaccination requirement includes two doses, unless the first dose was administered on/or after 16 years of age.
Immunizations may be provided (by appointment) by your family physician or at the Cole County or Callaway County Health Departments.
To check your student's immunization status:
- Log in to your parent portal.
- Click on More from the menu on the left and then proceed to the Health section.
- Check to see if we have immunization dates listed for the 2 required doses of Meningococcal (MCV) vaccine. The information listed under "Compliance Status" is checking immunizations for the current school year and not for the future school year, so you cannot rely on the "Compliant" and "No Requirement" indicators. You MUST note if there are dates listed for the Meningococcal vaccine.
- If the 2 required dates are not listed, please contact your physician's office to confirm if your student has received the appropriate number of doses. If needed, please bring an updated immunization record to your school before the end of summer school or during registration.
