Online registration is now open for current JC Schools students to register for the 2024-2025 school year!
To begin, log in to your parent portal account here and click 'More' from the menu options. From there, select 'Online Registration'.
For parent portal account assistance or trouble-shooting, please email portalhelp@jcschools.us. Online registration does not always work well on cell phones. Therefore, we recommend using a computer or tablet.
ONLINE REGISTRATION DETAILS & BENEFITS
Families of 1st-12th grade students* who complete online registration DO NOT have to come to the registration event in your school building in August!
*JCAC students and families who complete online registration will still need to attend registration in August, but will experience a faster on-site registration process.
In addition to the benefit of not having to attend registration events, if students’ fines/fees are paid, we have compliant immunizations on file, AND proof of residency has been submitted (see below) BEFORE MAY 16, 2024, students and their families can receive the following information:
1st-5th Graders (for the 2024-2025 school year) will get their teacher assignment before the end of June.**LCMS, TJMS, CCHS, and JCHS students (for the 2024-2025 school year) will get their DRAFT schedules in July.**
**Please keep in mind that this is an initial draft of the student's schedule/teacher assignment and may be subject to change.
REGISTRATION FOR 2024-2025:
JC Schools is once again requiring one proof residency dated in the last 60 days in order to register for the upcoming school year.
Acceptable proof of residency includes: utility bill, cable/satellite bill, internet bill, housing contract, monthly mortgage statement, or DFS/Social Services document.
Proof of residency can be uploaded within the online registration system, or you may provide it directly to your student’s school.
Requiring proof of residency ensures students are attending the correct school based on where they live, which helps schools get an accurate student count. It also ensures schools have adequate staffing and resources for the number of students in each school.
