  • The 2024-2025 student calendar was approved by the Board of Education on Thursday, October 12, 2023. Due to legislation passed in the 2024 legislative session, updates were made to the 2024-2025 calendar and approved by the Board of Education on Thursday, June 20, 2024.

    A few things to note in the 2024-2025 student calendar:
    • The calendar includes an earned day off for staff on October 14th, November 25th & 26th, and March 28th to compensate for time spent working parent-teacher conferences;
    • The calendar includes no school on May 23rd and May 30th due to the state track meet hosted at Jefferson City High School, which brings in millions of dollars in economic impact to our community;
    • The calendar captures many of the priorities staff have shared in recent years, including: additional PD days; providing an extended winter break; providing a full week for spring break; and ending school earlier (pending weather make-up days).
