      • Winter Sports
        • Wrestling = 7 - 7:40 a.m. 
        • Boy's and Girl's Basketball = 7:40 - 8:20 a.m. 
      • Spring Sports
        • Baseball and Girl's Soccer = 7 - 7:40 a.m. 
        • Track and Field = 7:40 - 8:20 a.m. 
    • Block 1 = 8:40 - 9:28 a.m. 
    • Block 2 = 9:34 - 10:22 a.m. 
    • Block 3 = 10:28 - 11:16 a.m. 
    • Block 5 = 1:04 - 1:52 p.m. 
    • Block 6 = 1:58 - 2:46 p.m. 
    • Block 7 = 2:52 - 3:40 p.m. 
    • Block 8 (after school) = 3:45 - 4:45 p.m. 
      • For any athlete who is unable to take strength training during the school day and is an off-season athlete
    • Block 9 (after school) = 4:45 - 5:45 p.m.
