My name is Carrie DeSimone.  I have lived in Jefferson City for over 35 years and am a Jefferson City High School Alumni.  I am married with two beautiful daughters named Reece and Olivia.  They are both at the University of Missouri and are sorority sisters in the same sorority I was in many, many years ago.  I have a lab named Dozer and a cat named Beans that I am totally obsessed with.  My husband is a local business owner and entrepreneur.  I graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelors degree in Physical Education.  I taught Physical Education and coached for 11 years and then got my Master's in Counseling at Missouri Baptist University and was a school counselor at LCMS for 5 years.   I ended my time at LC as a PE teacher before working at a non-profit for a year.  I was excited to get back to school and use my teaching and counseling skills to help kids reach their full potential and am in my second year here at JCHS.  I enjoy all sports, love reading and love to soak up as much family time as I can.
