    If you have a concern regarding any of the supplemental services programs in the Jefferson City School District, which includes Title I, Title II, Title III (English Learners) and Perkins, you should always feel comfortable contacting the Federal Programs Office.     If you feel the concern has not been resolved to your satisfaction, the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has a process in place to investigate and resolve complaints. The document below provides information regarding that process.
