• Districts are required to provide educational services and other benefits for nonpublic school children, teachers and other educational personnel, equitable in comparison to services and other benefits for public school children, teachers and other educational personnel, pursuant to section 8501(a)(3)(A) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015 (ESSA).
