Wellness Reward Program FAQ's

  • 1.  How do I get started in the Wellness Reward Program?

    • First Contact your Building Champion
    • Once you have contacted your Building Champion, they will create a Google Sheet for you.
    • The Sheet is for you to track/log your Wellness Activities

    2.  How do I save and use my Google Sheet?

    • You will receive an email that has a link to your Google Sheet.
    • To save you may do any or all of the following:
    1. Move the Form to "My Drive"
    2. Save to your Desktop
    3. Save it as a Bookmark
    4. Save the original email
    5. The Sheet will also be found in the "shared with me" in Google Drive

    3.  How many points do I need to earn $200?

    • 300

    4.  How long do I have to earn 300 points?

    • August 1 - April 15

    5. When do I receive the $200 Reward?

    • May 

    6.  How do I receive the $200?

    • If you are on a PPO plan it will be an addition to your paycheck
    • If you are on a HSA plan you may fill out a form to have the $200 placed directly into you HSA

    7.  Logging/Tracking Points

    • You may back log any activity that you participated in
    • How do I know how many points I have?   Check your Sheet 
    • What if I log incorrectly?  Contact your Building Champion or Wesley Lochhead, Wellness Coordinator
