OPTION 1
Step 1: Begin the enrollment process utilizing our online registration system by clicking on the link below.
New Student Online Registration
Once the online registration application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from sis.campus@jcschools.us. Please check your inbox or spam folder for this email.
Step 2: Once your application is processed, you will receive a second email that will include your next steps in the enrollment process. You may require an appointment. Appointments can be conducted over the phone or in person. Please allow 15 business days to process the application.
Step 3: In order to complete your enrollment, the following items may be faxed to 573-659-3028 or emailed to welcomecenter@jcschools.us. They also may be provided in person at the Welcome Center, 315 E. Dunklin St.
Items Required for Kindergarten Enrollment:
- Student’s birth certificate (state issued original, no photocopies accepted)
- Immunization records
- Any legal documents pertaining to the student (custody papers, guardianship documents, ex parte orders, etc.)
- Your photo ID
- One proof of residency dated within the last 60 days that includes the parent/legal guardian's name and address:
*Utility bill (electric/water/sewer/trash)
*Cable/satellite bill
*Internet bill
*Land line phone bill
*Signed housing contract
*Mortgage Statement
*DFS or Social Services document
*If you do not have one of the above items, please contact the Welcome Center at 573-659-3043, so we can discuss options. A home visit may be required.
OPTION 2
If you do not have access to the internet, you can complete your student's enrollment on a computer at the Welcome Center. Please note, most cell phones are not able to support the online application. Come to 315 E. Dunklin St with the required documents (see above). Walk ins are served on a first come first served basis.
Children must be 5 years old before August 1, 2023 to register.
***Online registration applications should be filled out by parents/legal guardians only. If you have a student living with you for whom you are not the parent/legal guardian, please contact our office at (573) 659-3043 before proceeding.***
